Age Of Heroes:




Narrative:
  • Shows what it was like during war
  •  It gave the storyline through action and visual effects
  • Juxtaposition also used as part of storyline
Genre:
  • War
  • Action Adventure
Audience:
  • Typical male target audience, this is because they will have a disposable income, more to spend on themselves and therefore able to afford to pay the prices of the cinema.
  • 16-30 because of the violence involved
Media Language:
  •  Synchronous gun shots used to scare audience
  • Grey and bold writing used in title sequence, used to signal and emphasise the action and war genre.
  • Fast paced editing, adds suspense and builds up tension for audience

  • World of violence and action created by storyline.
  • Patriotism is key and valued by action, this is shown to the audience through the war storyline and range of shots used.
